The 3000KG eye-eye lifting webbing sling features an eye or loop on each side, which is reinforced with a wear-resistant protective cover. The central part of the sling is made by sewing multiple layers (at least two) of woven webbings together. In contrast, the endless flat sling consists of one single large circular loop. The 3-ton lifting webbing sling can be used as a crane lifting sling for hoisting as well.
Flat lifting webbing slings are made by weaving industrial polyester high-strength yarns into a webbing on a braiding machine, followed by high-temperature dyeing and setting, and then processed into double-layered lifting slings using an industrial sewing machine.
