20 Ton Polyester Webbing Sling

The 20 tonne ultra-wide flat webbing sling is made by sewing together two 10 ton polyester lifting slings arranged in parallel. Compared to the method of stitching them in four layers vertically, the method of arranging them in two layers side by side ensures a larger contact area between the sling and the object being lifted during hoisting operations. This results in smoother and more secure lifting.

The 20t polyester webbing slings can be applied in the aerospace power industry. Combined with other types of lifting tools, they form a new type of rigging for large rocket engines, including round slings, two lifting beams, and multiple flat webbing slings. The upper end of the lifting beams is equipped with a pin that can rotate, while the lower end is evenly spaced at the same height with multiple lifting arms, each with a lifting hole on an axis perpendicular to the pin's axis. The upper ends of the two lifting beams are connected by WLL 10T round slings, each capable of bearing 10 tons, and the lower ends are connected by flat webbing slings. The ends of several 20 ton polyester webbing slings are respectively fitted with shackles and mounted in the corresponding lifting holes of the two lifting beams.
