2000KG Polyester Endless Flat Woven Webbing Sling

Single ply endless flat web sling and double-layer eye to eye sling are both common types of flat lifting slings. The difference is that the single ply endless sling does not have two reinforced eyes; instead, it is sewn directly into a large seamless closed loop. In terms of application, it is generally suitable for lifting cylindrical objects, such as steel pipes, steel drums, etc.

Web slings often employ a color-coded capacity range, making it easier for users to select the appropriate sling for their lifting needs.


Endless flat sling is the other type of flat sling, also called as endless web sling. It does not have two eyes like a double eye flat sling, but it is just a single layer structure, forming a large ring or loop. The strength of this type of sling is very high as well. Also it is available double layers, then the WLL will be double with the same width of sling. The 2000KG polyester endless web sling with a safe working load of 2 tons is typically produced with a safety factor 7:1. It has a width of 60mm and a single-layer structure. The colour is usually dyed green, and the surface of the webbing may be printed with a label indicating a working load limit of 2000 kilograms (WLL 2000KG).
