The EU-standard 1 ton webbing round sling manufactured by DMSLING, consists of a core made of parallel polyester fibers arranged in a bundle in the shape of a ring (endless loop), covered with a dense abrasion-resistant synthetic material that protects the core fibers from damage and keeps them in a parallel position. Polymer fibers (Polyester Filaments) are less prone to stretching and prevent sling damage. 1T endless webbing slings, due to their design, allow not only direct suspension of the load but also provide the possibility of 'wrapping' the load in other ways.

1 Tonne Round Sling Details
The EU-standard 1 ton webbing round sling is used in cases where it is necessary to move a heavy load of non-standard shape. The ring sling is very easy to use and does not take up much space during storage. Due to its configuration, the point of contact with the lifting hook and the load constantly changes, which contributes to an increase in the service life. The 1T endless webbing sling easily takes any shape, is guided under the load, and gently wraps around it without signs of deformation and damage to the integrity of the load packaging.
The standard for scrapping a 1 ton webbing round sling is quite simple: inspect the cover for damage to determine if the sling can continue to be used. Due to the unique structure of the round sling, when it breaks under severe overload, the core will undergo an elongation process, while the cover does not elongate. Therefore, the sling will break at the seams of the cover, causing the sewn-on label to naturally fall off, providing an early warning. The applicable temperature range is between -40℃ and +100℃.
1T endless webbing lings should be stored away from heat sources (fires and electric welding) or long-term exposure to sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. After use, slings should be stored on racks and not directly on the ground to prevent mold and rodent damage. After use in acidic or alkaline environments, 1 ton webbing round slings should be immediately rinsed with cool water or a cleaning agent, dried, and stored to avoid mold. 1T endless webbing slings should be scrapped when the body is cut, severely scratched, strands are loose, or there is localized breakage.

When synthetic fibers (polyester filaments) show softening or aging, rough surfaces, fiber peeling, reduced elasticity, or weakened strength, the 1 ton webbing round slings should be scrapped;
When round slings show signs of mold, deterioration, acid or alkali burns, thermal melting or burning, multiple loose areas, or corrosion;
When the load-bearing seams of 1T endless webbing sling open or the stitching is worn through, the sling should be scrapped.
