Ratchet Buckle Details
The ratchet buckle consists of the ratchet body and the ratchet handle.
The central part of the ratchet body has a strapping fixed groove, which is formed by four identical-sized fan-shaped blocks. In the central cavity, there is a tensioning gear, and the strapping fixed groove and the tensioning gear are coaxial and connected to the ratchet body through bearings. On both sides of the tensioning gear, there is a symmetric pair of handle fixing plates.
The bottom of the ratchet handle engages with the tensioning gear, and on the right side of the central strapping fixed groove of the ratchet body, there is a strap support fixed to the ratchet body. The outer edge of the strap support has a strap pressing groove to press down the strapping, and the two are connected in a movable manner. On one side of the strap pressing groove, there is a handle for lifting the strap pressing groove, and the handle is fixedly connected to the strap pressing groove.
At the bottom of the middle position of the ratchet body and the bottom of the right end, there are anti-slip support plates, and any anti-slip support plate is fixedly connected to the ratchet body.
