Ratchet Lashing Strap

The strap used for the ratchet tie downs is typically woven from high-strength industrial polyester filament and then dyed through dispersed dyes. Generally, the colours available include orange, red, yellow, blue, green, black, and others. The strap or webbing comes in various widths such as 25mm, 35mm, 38mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, etc. Several black lines are woven into the webbing to indicate the lashing capacity. For example, one black line represents a load of 1000KG on circular lashing capacity and LC500daN on vertical lashing capacity , while five black lines indicate a load capacity of 5000KG on circular lashing capacity and 2500daN on vertical lashing capacity. The weight of the strap material varies from 20 grams per meter to 300 grams per meter, with different weights bearing different binding forces.
