3 Ton Flat Webbing Sling with Eyes

Eye to eye sling, or eye and eye flat webbing sling, is one of the most common types of lifting slings, featuring a double-layer or 2-ply structure also known as a duplex webbing sling. Compared to the single ply endless flat sling, the double-layer eye sling is more suitable for heavier objects that have their own lifting points.Each end of the sling has a reinforced eye or loop. The style of the loop can be flat, folded or twisted, which called as flat eye, folded eye, and twisted eye. Additionally, for this type of eye sling, we can also customize three-layer or four-layer constructions.

For cylindrical objects,3 ton flat webbing slings have advantages over chains and ropes because they provide a larger contact area. The lifting sling webbing adheres firmly to the object, maintaining balance, and minimizing the risk of swaying or displacement. This makes the lifting operation safer. For example, there is 3T x 6M flat webbing sling to lift a cemet pipeling. For the cement pipelines are relatively long, usually two flat lifting sling are needed for the lifting operation. A single webbing sling can only lift the central part of the pipeline, and any deviation can cause the pipeline to tilt and slip. Using two 3000kg webbing slings makes it easier to maintain balance at both ends of the pipeline, promoting lifting safety. The two 3T flat web slings are connected to the sides of the central point. As long as the deviation is not significant, the lifting operation proceeds smoothly.
