5 Ton flexible round sling is called as round webbing sling or endless round sling. Which is made from high-quality polyester fibers, internationally selected, processed with advanced weaving equipment and techniques from around the world, it primarily consists of a load-bearing core and a sling protective cover.
The load-bearing core is arranged in a seamless parallel loop, while the protective cover is formed by connecting special abrasion-resistant sleeves into a ring shape, serving as a warning and protection for the safe use of the load-bearing core.

A 5-ton flexible lifting sling features a specially designed double-layer abrasion-resistant sleeve connected in a ring shape for the outer layer. The outer sleeve does not bear the load but serves to protect the parallel-arranged bundles of filaments. In cases of severe overload or long-term use leading to local damage in the load-bearing core, the outer sleeve will break first as a warning, preventing accidents. If there are significant cuts on the sleeve of the round webbing sling, it must be inspected to determine whether it can be repaired or continue to be used. Under any circumstances, if the user cannot ascertain the extent of the damage, it is advisable to return the endless round sling to the manufacturer DMSLING for further inspection.
