The 4 ton endless round sling is equipped with an abrasion-resistant protective cover made from 100% industrial polyester material. This cover features markings that indicate the rated load and tonnage stripes, acting purely as a protective layer. The load-bearing core consists of high-strength polyester fiber ropes arranged in parallel without any joints, which are responsible for carrying the load. The 4T round lifting sling conforms to international standards and has clear load identification markings. The distinction between single-layer and double-layer covers is that the double-layer cover offers enhanced abrasion resistance, resulting in greater durability and a longer lifespan. Furthermore, the protective cover includes four stripes that denote the safe working load and is labeled with "WLL 4000KGS."

The 4T round lifting sling is made up of high tenacity polyester filaments arranged in a continuous loop parallel configuration, combined with a specially designed abrasion-resistant external sleeve. This design ensures that if the 4 ton endless round sling is subjected to severe overloading due to improper operation or if the core sustains localized damage from long-term use, the external sleeve will break as an early warning, preventing accidents.
