5 T Round Sling

Endless round slings are made of load bearing fibres or core yarns that are protected by a woven outer woven sleeve. Both of them are tenacious, durable, flexible and soft, which can protect smooth or polished surfaces from scratches when lifting. The outer sleeve carries a portion of the load, and the inner core yarn carries the majority of load. All yarns in the "tube" form one endless ring or loop, with the shape of round. For such characteristics, round slings possess much more loading points which means the contact points with the object being lifted can be switched during each lift. For safety, at the closure point of the external sleeve, there will be a blue PVC label sewn on, which serves as a safety label. If the load exceeds the limit during lifting, this label will detach.

The 5-ton round webbing sling is widely used in various fields such as shipping, metallurgy, machinery, mining, power, electronics, transportation, and military due to its versatility. The 5000kg round sling produced by our company is made of high-intensity polyester fibers, typically in a bright red colour, with a webbing sleeve width of approximately 75mm and a thickness of about 11mm. In the middle of the webbing, there are five black threads woven, and it is marked with WLL5000KG. The safety factor for export to the European market is 7:1, meaning the webbing will only break when a limit force of 35 tons is applied. Therefore, it is very safe to use. In terms of effective working lengths, the 5-ton round slings with lengths of 3 meters, 6 meters, and 8 meters are the most commonly used. Additionally, based on customers' different requirements, they can be customized into endless loop or double eye configurations. There are five black lines running longitudinally on the surface of webbing sleeve, indicating the load capacity of 5 tons.
