Product Overview:
20 ton endless round webbing sling is made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which is one high performance lifting sling. The tensile strength of UHMWPE fibers is much higher than that of conventional synthetic fibers, polyester industrial yarns, and is also lightweight.In terms of corrosion resistance, the corrosion resistance is 5 times that of synthetic fibers (polyester) and 6 times that of steel wire ropes.

Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) round sling has good insulation performance and anti-static performance, which is lightweight and high-strength, with only 1/3 the weight of conventional synthetic fibers (polyester) under the same strength. In terms of wear resistance, using the same high-strength UHMWPE and conventional chemical fiber to do friction experiments on the same blunt angle, the wear resistance of the ultra-high molecular polyethylene is 2.5 times that of the conventional one. This round sling has low extensibility, only about 3%-5%, high safety performance, strong operability, and long service life.
