How Many Tons Can the Lifting Slings of Different Tonnages Be Lifted?
Therefore, for this kind of problem, after purchasing a synthetic fiber lifting belt, there are actually instructions on the card, and you can also judge it through the following methods:
1. When we use a 4-ton double-buckle flat lifting belt, if it is lifted straight, that is, one end of the eye is connected to the hook and the other end is connected to the weight, its safe load is 1.0 times the rated load of 4t. The knot hoisting is 0.8 times the rated load. For example, lifting 2 tons through eye knots can actually only bear a safe load of 0.8*2=1.6 tons.
The so-called safe load refers to the maximum lifting weight that the sling can withstand without overloading. This cannot be confused with the breaking load and safety factor.
2. The multiple of the above becomes the equation coefficient P, which multiplied by the rated load is the actual lifting capacity. When different slings are hoisted at different angles, P will change accordingly. Therefore, calculations should be made according to the formula in the table below to determine whether the weight is overloaded and make adjustments.
(The following is mainly for colored slings. For the white polypropylene method, please refer to the EC type white flat sling products.)
Lifting belt load-bearing calculation: safe working load = mode coefficient p*rated load
