Flat Webbing Slings
Flat webbing slings, or webbing slings, are usually made of polyester, and woven into a double-layer structure with reinforced eye loops at both ends . Therefore, we call them polyester double-layer webbing slings or flat webbing slings with eyes. Common flat lifting sling specifications, categorized according to safe working load (WLL), include 1 Ton, 2 Ton, 3 Ton, 4 Ton, 5 Ton, 6 Ton, 8 Ton, 10 Ton, 15 Ton, 20 Ton, etc. Flat webbing slings are typically manufactured with safety factors ranging from 5:1, 6:1, 7:1 to 8:1. They often feature reinforced edges or protective sleeves at contact points to enhance durability and resistance to abrasion. These characteristics help extend the slings' lifespan and maintain their lifting capacity. Polyester webbing slings commonly utilize a color-coded system to identify various load capacities. Each color represents a specific load capacity range, making it easier for users to choose the appropriate lifting sling for their lifting needs.
