What' s Going On in DMSLING's Workshop

DMSLING is currently in full swing producing 20T and 100T high molecular (UHMWPE) round double-eye lifting slings customized for China Western Electric Group. Western Electric Group is one of our important clients, with a significant procurement volume for lifting slings, and we've had a partnership for over eight years. The lifting slings in production this time are reinforced, featuring protective sleeving for the round slings. The 100T round sleeved  UHMWPE sling is specifically designed for hoisting heavy transformers, with a diameter of 12CM, a protective sleeve width of 14CM, an effective length of 5.8 meters, and each eye length of 0.5 meters.

The outer layer of the round sleeved sling is made of orange-red industrial high-strength polyester woven fabric, while the protective sleeve is sewn with coffee-colored fabric, capable of bearing a load of 6 tons and comprises two layers. During the lifting process, it protects the load-bearing core and fabric layers, reducing friction between the lifting sling and the lifted cargo, thereby prolonging the service life of the lifting sling.The load-bearing core is made of high molecular polyethylene (UHMWPE), with a strength four times that of an equivalent amount of polyester yarn, yet it weighs only 1/4 and occupies 1/4 of the volume of a regular polyester lifting sling.

Additionally, the WLL 20T high molecular (UHMWPE) lifting sling, with a load of 20 tons, is endless in shape without protective sleeving. It has an effective length of 6 meters, a circumference of 12 meters, and a width of approximately 4CM, intended for hoisting other lighter transmission equipment.
